    One of the security measures that Microsoft has included in Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 8 is an Enhanced Protected Mode.

    This security enhancement is meant to ensure that users’ data remains safe even at times when an attacker exploits a vulnerability in the browser, but it might also result in not loading Seneye Dashboard correctly. *

    This most often occurs when IE10 runs in desktop mode.

    Solutions:

    - Use Internet Explorer 10 in App mode.

    - Turn off Enhanced Protected Mode

    Enhanced Protected Mode makes it harder for malware to run in Internet Explorer. It's turned on by default but you can turn it off in Internet Explorer for the desktop. Here's how:

    1. Open Internet Explorer for the desktop.

    2. Tap or click the Tools button, and then tap or click Internet options.

    3. On the Advanced tab, under Security, uncheck the Enable Enhanced Protected Mode check box

    4. Tap or click OK. You'll need to restart your PC before this setting can take effect.
