On rare occasions virus scanners and firewalls can be overly sensitive to the seneye connect software or seneye website. This may cause the seneye to not upload readings, or for you to have trouble updating firmware. If you get any messages from your virus scanners or firewalls regarding seneye please ignore these and add seneye to the exceptions list. If you are not happy to do this, or would like more information as to why this may have happened, feel free to contact us to double check.
