    When you connect the seneye device to a USB port on your PC the 4 LEDs on the front should flash after a few seconds. If this doesn’t happen please try a different USB port on your PC or on another PC. If it still does not work please check the following:

     

    • Check if the seneye device is showing up in "Devices and Printers" on your PC. 
    • Check if a removable disk shows up when you disconnect and reconnect the device. 
    • Check to see which LEDs are ON on the seneye device
