It would appear as though the seneye.exe is being flagged as a Trojan (a program designed to breach the security of the computer system) by a recent update to some virus scanners. It isn't of course; however, it dose pose a problem for the seneye connect running on your computer. If the virus scanner catches the seneye.exe as a Trojan, it will damage the file and prevent it from running correctly in the future. The failure will be that the seneye connect will not run.

If this does happen to you, you will need to do the following:

    1. Uninstall the seneye connect from your PC
    2. Open AVG and find the virus vault, restore the seneyesca.exe file.
    3. Turn off AVG protection.
    4. Download the seneye connect from http://www.seneye.com/download
    5. Re-install the software, but DO NOT run the seneye connect
    6. Open your Virus scanner
    7. Add the c:\seneye folder on your computer to the 'exceptions' list on your virus scanner
    8. Add the c:\seneye\seneyesca.exe on your computer to the 'exceptions' list on your virus scanner
    9. Add the c:\seneye\seneye.exe on your computer to the 'exceptions' list on your virus scanner
    10. Start the seneye connect

You may need to refer to the instructions for your virus scanner for specific instructions as to how to add this to the exceptions list.
