It would appear as though the seneye.exe is being flagged as a Trojan by a recent update to some virus scanners. It isn't of course; however, does pose a problem for the seneye connect running on your computer. If the virus scanner catches the seneye.exe as a Trojan, it will damage the file and prevent it from running correctly in the future. The failure will be that the seneye connect will not run.

If this does happen to you, you will need to do the following:

    1. Uninstall the seneye connect from your PC
    2. Turn off your Virus scanner
    3. Download the seneye connect from http://www.seneye.com/download
    4. Re-install the software, but DO NOT run the seneye connect
    5. Open your Virus scanner
    6. Add the c:\seneye folder on your computer to the 'exceptions' list on your virus scanner
    7. Add the c:\seneye\seneyesca.exe on your computer to the 'exceptions' list on your virus scanner
    8. Add the c:\seneye\seneye.exe on your computer to the 'exceptions' list on your virus scanner
    9. Start the seneye connect

You may need to refer to the instructions for your virus scanner for specific instructions as to how to add this to the exceptions list.
