If you have purchased a Seneye USB Device (SUD) or Seneye Web Server (SWS) from another user rather than from a store, you will need to get the device/s registered to your account.

The first thing to do is to register an account with www.seneye.me . Once you have done this, contact [email protected] with the serial number from the label on the cable of the SUD or the ID and pin from within the SWS and they can register the devices to your account. The registration by the support team is necessary to prevent theft or unnecessary deletion of prior readings.

Please note, the SUD and SWS are separate entities, if you do not notify support of the existence of one part, they will only register the SUD/SWS which information has been provided about.

Seneye does not sell or support the sale of second-hand devices If you have purchased a second-hand seneye product, it is no longer under warranty. Therefore, if it is faulty we do not offer a free replacement, repair or refund. We would advise you to contact the seller if the device arrives faulty or develops a fault soon after purchase.

Some warning signs to look for when purchasing second-hand devices are: rust, corrosion, cracks across the front of the device. If when you plug the device in and look where the slide is inserted and you see 2 white lights which are constantly on, this is a sign of a problem with the device.

ALWAYS BE MINDFUL WHEN PURCHASING SECOND-HAND PRODUCTS
