Can't connect to seneye server - Tracert test

If your broswers returns a message like
"cannot connect to seneye.me" or similar
It could be your ip address is black listed by our servers.
If you don’t have a fixed ip address try rebooting your home router by unplugging for a few minutes and restarting.
Usually this will issue you a new ip address.
If this doesn’t work please try the following and screen grab the results for us.
I have shown a copy of mine so you can see how it should look.
In Windows, select Start > Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt.
Enter the word tracert, followed by a space, then the domain www.seneye.me
Press return.
This will give you a window like the one below.
Once we know your IP we can check we have only since this once before so it is very rare.
