    If you need to swap email accounts but keep your existing data, don't worry.
     
    You can do this from the profile tab on the settings page of your seneye.me dashboard.
     
    Or you can contact us from your old email account with the new email address (all lower case).
     
    Your old data and settings will be displayed on your new account.
     
    If you are using the seneye connect application, you will now have to take the following steps to make sure we get data from your seneye device to the new email.
    1. Close the seneye connect application
    2. Delete the c:/seneye folder from the PC (this can be found in file explorer or by clicking the ‘computer’ icon)
    3. Reinstall seneye connect from downloads at seneye.com
    4. When prompted, enter the new email address (all lower case).
     
    You should be able to log in straight away on seneye.me using the new email and normal password.
