    Occasionally, when using Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 the seneye can apear in the controll may fail to install or not allow connection to the seneye device.

    This is normally cured by installing either the 32 or 64 bit version of the Belkin control center software. This are located on the install CD in the following directory - this is different to when the CD autoruns.

    CDdrive:\Utility\Connect

    You can then pick either setup32 or setup64.

    Please try each of them to see if it corrects the problem.
