    If you wish to return a seneye product for whatever reason, please note the following return policy.

     

    1. Faulty Device

    If you think your device is broken, please email into [email protected] from the email address your account is registered to. When possible, we will repair the device.If we have established the device as unrecoverable we will replace the device if it is under warranty; each device has one-year warranty from the date of use.

     

    2. Second Hand Products

    If you have purchased a second hand seneye product the product is no longer under warranty. Therefore, if it is faulty we normally do not offer a free replacement, repair or a refund. We would advise you to contact the seller if they are at fault.

     

    3. Refunds

    If you wish to return any of our products, please inform us via email. We will then need the product returned to us:
