    When using Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 the seneye can apear in the controll may fail to install or not allow connection to the seneye device.

    There are known compatibility issues between the Belkin home base and windows 8.1. For this reason we cannot gaurantee that we can support belkin product that is purchased from us that with use for windows 8.1.

    There are however a few tips that you can try to get the product to work.

    The problems are normally cured by installing either the 32 or 64 bit version of the Belkin control center software. These are located on the install CD in the following directory - this is different to when the CD autoruns.

    CDdrive:\Utility\Connect

    You can then pick either setup32 or setup64.

    Please try each of them to see if it corrects the problem.

    You can also try the SX-virtual link software from a company called Silex. The software is compatible with the Home Base in most situations.
