    Occasionally, when using Windows 7, the seneye can apear in the controll center software, but not allow you to connect. 

    Normally the cure for this is to install either the 32 or 64 bit version of the Belkin control center software. This are located on the install CD in the following directory - this is different to when the CD autoruns.

    CDdrive:\Utility\Connect

    You can then pick either setup32 or setup64.
